The staff was beyond amazing, they made sure we, including our toddler, were comfortable and enjoying our stay, from check-in until checkout. They gave us very good recommendations on where to eat, how to arrive to Lucerne, parking there etc. The rooms were good size and the beds comfortable, which were very much needed after a long day travel or a day exploring the area. The place was spot clean, great views and quiet nights. Breakfast was very good. Quality and delicious food with good variety.

I also liked the location of the apartment; it's very convenient if you want to visit Göscheneralpsee. However, we didn't venture to some of the other attractions because the journey would have taken too long. We also visited the area during Halloween and were very pleasantly surprised by the care shown towards children and the generosity of the locals.

One bakery which is walking distance is also open on Sunday morning. There is a coop grocery at the train station which also work in Sunday full day. The view is beautiful and you can see it from every window. The owner was very communicative and available.
