Great location in Santiago, close to the Sky Costanera tower, Cenco Costanera and within walking distance of the cable car to the Cerro San Cristobal. The rooms are luxurious and clean and ours had a great view of the Sky Costanera tower. The breakfast restaurant had an exceptional view of the whole city. Honestly not sure why this isn’t a 5 star hotel, this is by far the best 4 star hotel I’ve been to.

The staff is amazing and very kind, special thanks to the whole reception team and especially Rene. Also thanks to the porters and all other staff, cleaning and maintenance. Breakfasts is rich and abundant, I found fruit especially good. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Tidy and secure in a quiet and safe suburb, everthing you needed for a comfotable stay. The staff were great, helpful, cheerful competent. A short walk for coffee bakery and groceries. Bus stops on adjacent roads , 15 minutes to the subway and Cenco Costanera (massive mall) and variety of bars and restaurants.

It is very quiet, great location with everything you need to stay in Santiago. A nice restaurant and a complete breakfast, my reservation don't include it but it's worth the price

Hotel Pullman Santiago El Bosque has a gym and a pool with views of the city on the 18th floor, modern rooms and free parking. Large and comfortable room. Well-designed bathroom. Courteous staff. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent. The Pullman was far better than any of the hotels where I stayed this year in Europe or North America.
