So, without giving up, we contacted a taxi driver, and we were able to actually retrieve the bag in the trunk, despite what the taxi driver had said initially. Because of Galen, it made the rest of us stay a lot more memorable. He even went out of his way to be personable as well, and this is the kind of experience we look for in a high-end hotel. A personalized help. And because of this experience, we look forward to coming back and staying at this hotel in the future.
