We literally loved everything...from the level of customer care we received whilst arriving at Pudong Airport as 1st timers here and with difficulties in activating holafly, the response from Jerry at reception was superb. He coordinated with the staff at the airport for our seamless transfer to the hotel. And the same to the lovely young ladies who arranged our pickup to Hongqian. Apart from the location and clean room, the staff (reception, housekeeping and dinning) were the ones that made our stay a great experience. Kudos all!

Their top notch service and hospitality that was the best and even better than many 5-Star hotel, special thanks to Rui and Olivia who make our stay the most wonderful one. Great breakfast & evening snacks, I personally love their noodles that help warm up in the morning and night time. They went extra mile with complimentary 1-Day city tour that showed us around the heritage & futuristic places of Shanghai with special thanks to Xiao He, our tour guide who’s really helpful and supportive during the tour and made sure we got the nice family pictures! Last but not least, their complimentary 1-way airport drop-off and Shanghai Disneyland shuttle made the whole stay super convenient. Lovely housekeeping team for their spotless clean room and all amenities, they also provided us the free laundry at no charge, superb!! Location wise, it’s near the Beixinjing metro and very convenient to go to Nanjing Rd and IFC mall for shopping. You can order your food & drink to hotel and they will let their robot to send to your room!
