We usually stay in hostels when we travel around Europe, so we have quite a bit of experience – but this hostel in Hangzhou exceeded all our expectations! Its location, cleanliness, and overall quality are far better than what we’re used to in European hostels. Everything was spotless and well maintained, and the surroundings were peaceful and beautiful. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. One small note – although they didn’t speak English, this wasn’t a problem at all. We still managed to communicate perfectly, and they went out of their way to assist us whenever we needed help. Highly recommended – this has been one of the best hostel experiences we’ve ever had!

The owner was extremely friendly and lovely! Downstairs there are lots of musical instruments which you can use. The location is quite close to lake Xihu. The whole area is gorgeous, you can tell people are taking care of their houses and environment, just a pleasure to walk around! The room was clean, with towels, hairdryer, all needed bathroom appliances (even toothbrushes) and a balcony. Perfect match for quality/price
