View from terraza was amazing. Breakfast options were great. 24 hour access to hot water for tea or coffee. Access to spa at sister location in Rio Verde. AWESOME trip.

Mama Tungu hostel in Baños heeft een 3-sterrenaccommodatie met een tuin, een restaurant en een bar. Het hotel biedt een binnenbad, sauna, avondamusement en een gedeelde lounge. We booked to stay here a few nights to unwind after a busy period of travel, which was a great choice. The staff are all lovely and helpful, the location is really peaceful with waterfalls and viewpoints ~15 minutes walk away, and the communal facilities are great (pool, jacuzzi, table tennis, ps5). We were given a free upgrade to a room with a balcony - the room felt like a hotel room, very modern and well looked after, with a bath and a hammock on the balcony. Food is decent and decently priced, and there are bikes to hire for $10 to do the Ruta de las Cascadas, plus you can book rafting, canyoning etc through the hostel. Bar on site too with beer happy hour and a separate cocktail happy hour later on, but it wasnt a party hostel (we stayed in June so high season, but it wasn't too busy). Ended up extending our stay by 2 nights - loved chilling out here

The hotel is located near the city center, walking distance from everything. We got upgraded to our room. The Wifi is excellent all around the hotel. The breakfast was good. Above all this, the stuff was amazing, very helpful, and always with a smile. Highly recommend

Deze accommodatie beschikt over een gedeelde keuken en een speeltuin. we (european backpacker couple) had a FANTASTIC time at Montano Hostel!! only positive things come to my mind when i think about this place! extremely welcoming, friendly and generous manager (Fabricio) who speaks english and spanish. very relaxing common areas. fully equipped kitchen. towels were included. hot water shower. great wifi. very comfortable bed. and overall everything works as it should. would definitely return, highly recommend this place to any relaxed traveler!! thanks again for everything!

Het Casa Verde Eco Guest House biedt een solarium met uitzicht op de bergen en de rivier de Pastaza, op slechts een paar minuten van Baños. Het ontbijtbuffet is bij de prijs inbegrepen. From the moment you arrived to the time when you left you felt super taken care off ! Johan is an incredible host , and together with his team , the 3 lovely dogs and 3 sweet cats they make you feel home ! Johan gave me very good advice on activities, restaurants , local gym etc etc. Breakfast was just amazing , with a variety of Jogurts and cereals every day, bread. Chesse, av avocado, tomato, delicious jam , eggs , empenadas and on some days even pancakes ! The place is right on the river, outside town so it is very quiet ( town is very hectic ). I rented a bike to go into town , but a taxi is just 1,5/2 $. My very spacious room was on the top floor , overlooking the river, so that the sound of the river put me to sleep. Service was outstanding, they always tried to make sure you got everything you needed. All over : thank you so much for everything Johan and team , I will definitely come back !
