Don't be misguided by the 1-star rating - it is much better than many 3 and 4 star hotels I have visited. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The wine cellar can be seen from the hallways and the atmosphere is wonderful and wine-themed. Do not miss a walking tour of the grounds, with the ponds, chapel, and memorial sites for members of the winemaking owner family. Great food as well as wine. Breathtaking views of the whole valley.
