The property is non-smoking and is set 600 metres from La Concha Beach. First, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were beautiful! Well designed and clean. The restaurant was delicious. We enjoyed their 3 course lunch special. Location was excellent. Accessible to old town, shopping places and to other must see places in San Sebastián .

Clean, spacious rooms that are super pet-friendly (they gave us pet bowls and a dog bed for our dog). Great location in the city centre with private parking. Even though hotel is on a hill, there is a private elevator that takes you straight to the city centre.

Water sports, boating, kayaking, and canoeing are available in the surroundings. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were sizable. Water was refilled and chilled each day after service. Coffee machine always available. Breakfast had good options. We were on top floor so no noise from above and not too much street noise.
