Set in a Grade II listed building, this hotel combines historic charm with modern convenience, still retains its original features, open fires and wonderful antiques. This hotel is absolutely perfect!! So quiet, homey and stylish. Bathroom was absolutely spotless clean and the staff was so nice, and they attended to my needs and questions with the utmost kindness. The breakfast staff were really helpful as well and kind, and the breakfast itself was to diw for (I got the eggs florentine).

Staff very helpful and called a taxi for me which was swift and reliable.

It was clean, comfortable, very convenient for town centre. We walked to and from theatre which was great because I’m not the most mobile person but it was an easy walk. Flat and quick. Beautiful bathroom.
