This family-run town centre hotel was originally built in 1842 and has many historical features. Rooms are all of a high quality with en suite bathrooms and flat-screen TVs. An excellent property, in a superb location with ample parking in a very beautiful part of England. The rooms are excellent, very clean & well appointed with everything you would expect. Most importantly the staff are brilliant, very attentive & you are made to feel like a welcomed guest.

The Malvern Hills Hotel is a family owned hotel situated directly opposite from the Iron Age hill fort British Camp, a major landmark with a superb vista from the summit. 1. Arrived early for check-in but the nice restaurant/beer garden was open and that made the wait so much better. 2. Unfortunately the rooms don't have refrigerators but that meant anytime you needed milk for tea - you can call front-desk and they brought it to you in seconds - it was a nice service. 3. Room Service - they do offer the ability to bring food to the room. 4. recommend the suites because they have a sunset view. 5. On-site restaurants - the pub and Vu restaurant have the same food but lovely experiences and high quality food. 6. Joe provided great service

This was a great location near the center of Bewdley. The apartment was spacious for 3 of us. The bathroom and kitchenette were nice and the apartment had the best selection of teas, coffees, and hot chocolates of any place ive stayed at. The directions and check in access were easy to follow.

The room was spacious and modern, with a nice kitchenette. The host left clear instructions for entry and even left a bottle of milk in the fridge for our coffee. There was also a cute outdoor patio. The rate was very competitive, even more so considering how nice it was. The location was also great, walking distance to all the central restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay again!

It was beautifully renovated, the decor was lovely and we were made to feel very welcome. The view from our bedroom was incredible. Our stay was short and sweet but I would definitely stay here again
