The view from the room was very cool, and the room itself was unexpectedly nice. the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the overall setting was very cozy. The staff was very polite and apologized for the ticket thing, but that's ok! everyone makes mistakes. i don't know to write this here or not, but i got to the concert with the use of those tickets and it was the best moment of my life, so i associate your hotel with very positive emotions. The stay becomes very comfortable and also enjoyable. We loved the way the room was furnished with all the required amenities without compromising on free space. The breakfast spread was good every day. It had a bunch of vegetarian options which was superb for us. The location of the hotel is perfect if you are going towards Disneyland, TeamLabs, Legoland etc. the metro station is right in front of the hotel. Furthermore, it is only three stops away from the Tokyo station. Breakfast, location, wi-fi, room size, amenities - all were really good. There is a convenience store right inside the hotel and a currency exchange machine too. Hotel reception staff were fluent in English and were helpful with information about things outside the hotel.
