Each oceanfront bungalow features elegant contemporary décor and a terrace with a seating area, plus hammocks. All rooms have a ceiling fan, a safe, mosquito nets and a private bathroom with handmade toiletries. Air conditioning is provided in all rooms for an extra fee. The property is gorgeous. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean and have excellent views of the beach. We stayed at Yemaya during low season and there was only a few other guests we saw.

In good weather, guests are welcome to sit outside. The property is so beautiful and relaxing. We enjoyed sticking around for half a day just chilling in the hammocks and chairs by the ocean and eating some coconuts from the tree. Because it’s not on a sand beach there’s no sand flies or anything. The outdoor shower was also very nice! Beds were comfortable and the tent stayed dry even with some storms overnight. Erlijne was a great host and helped us so much with what to do and where to eat etc. We loved it!

Guests can take in the views of the garden from the patio, which also has outdoor furniture. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. The Little Dream House is a dream. Rory and Leticia are the loveliest hosts. They sent someone to meet us at the boat to help with our luggage, met us at the house on our arrival, and made us feel instantly welcome. The house is adorable, and they have thought of everything. There is no AC, but the big fans kept us plenty cool. There's mosquito netting on the VERY comfortable bed, but we never needed it. The kitchen has everything you need to cook - which is wonderful if you're staying for longer than a few days. They also keep the place spotless. This house is in a great location - a short walk down the path from town. We stayed for two full weeks and Rory and Leticia treated us like family.

The host is very friendly and helpful. Very clean, comfortable, quiet, and peaceful location. I would definitely stay here again.

I felt like I was a part of the family. The Jackson's were always around to help me with any questions I had. The room was so comfortable and clean and has AC if you want it. They have a nice kitchen if you want to cook (I did not). They'll also do laundry too if you ask. There's also a delicious restaurant right next door. It had more than I could ask for and the price was great! I was sad I had to leave especially saying goodbye to the kids, but I will for sure return and stay there again one day!

Only suggestion would be to have a filtered water source available. Everything else was great! We hope to be back again.
