Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, especially Miguel and Rafael—they were an absolute delight! 😍 Their kindness, attentiveness, and warm hospitality made my first week in Portugal feel like home. We were helped to our room — an unexpected upgrade to a commanding river view — and introduced to all amenities which encompassed an all-inclusive mini-bar. We paid a visit to the restaurant/bar and were assisted by the most extraordinary Claudia for whom nothing was too much trouble. Our meals were prepared exactly to our liking due to Claudia’s willingness to communicate with the kitchen and the kitchen’s willingness to accommodate us. The next day, breakfast was similarly pleasing. We stayed only one night but that was enough to make us wish we had arrived much earlier. The hotel is a short walk to the dock for Uniworld and other river boats. Staff even offered to take our bags there for us! We love you guys at the Rebello!
