Everyone was super nice; the food delicious; a perfect “home away from home”. The rooms is beautiful; spacious; with a beautiful view over the volcanoes on a clear day. The small details like colorful bathrobes; the natural shampoos; a fireplace, make all the difference and we loved it! It was honestly one of our favorite places to stay and we can only recommend it to everyone! We only had one night but wished to stay longer. We will definitely come back once!

But I truly believe the staff makes the stay and Eric was genuinely incredible! Super helpful and communicative even before we arrived and assisted us with everything we needed with genuine care. We enjoyed our stay.
