Det, der dog virkelig skilte sig ud, var den exceptionelle service. Personalet var utroligt venligt, varmt og opmærksomt under hele vores besøg og sikrede, at vi følte os hjemme. Værelserne var komfortable og rene. Beliggenheden er god til at udforske Mardin. Selvom det var lidt trængt at komme til med bil, parkerede vi nede på gaden, og personalet var så venligt at hjælpe os med at få vores bagage ned dagen efter, da vi skulle tjekke ud.

I loved absolutely everything about this magical mystical property especially the owner, Noah! He is a hands on owner that does what he loves and loves what he does! He is always available from the time of the reservation to check out! The places I had in my heart to visit are remote and I planned to rent a car which would have been more of a disaster that I can possibly say! I do trauma for a living and I would have been a recipient without a doubt if Noah did not intervene and ensure not only my safety but made sure I went every single place on my list and more!!li He is an incredibly wonderful man who lives to please his guests and make dreams come true!! It is remote but so, so, so worth the challenge to get there and I plan to return! Oh, I didn’t mention the restaurant that we went to. It was built over the Euphrates river and sat with your feet in the water as you had lunch I could go on forever!!! Magic!!!! Pure magic!!!

Me and my daughter had an amazing experience at the Carra Hotel. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. We were given lots of information about Mardin and and the owner Mete arranged a taxi tour for us which was an incredible experience. The taxi driver Mehmet took us around for the entire day and was extremely knowledgeable of the area. We had a great time. The hotel itself was beautiful with a gorgeous traditional interior design. I highly recommend getting tea and sitting at the terrace, which offers a gorgeous view. Thank you to Yildiz and Bekir for the lovely breakfast and for being very friendly. Overall, our experience was 10/10 and we hope to make another trip in the future!

The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. The room was small, but it was very clean, and the bed was the most comfortable I have slept in for a while! The breakfast included provided more than enough food for two and was delicious! Please note that the hotel will send you directions to the parking area. Follow them! We didn't and caused them a headache as we were trying to navigate the very narrow streets. They found us and carried our luggage while guiding us to the entry. There is a very pleasant courtyard in the hotel. The solitude is very calming. Note: If you can't climb stairs, please book a ground floor room. I'm sure you will enjoy comfortable accommodations in any room at this hotel. If I return to Urfa, I will stay here again!

Ali Bey Konagi har en god beliggenhed i Gaziantep og har aircondition, gratis wi-fi, roomservice og gratis privat parkering. The location of the hotel was great. We can almost get everywhere by walking. The staff was very friendly, warm and helpful, especially the woman working in the kitchen was so cute and kind to us. The room was clean, and traditional, but a little bit dark. The yard which is a part of the hotel was very cosy and quiet, you can even get out of the room to drink coffee or tea in the yard. Overall I would give 9.8 out of 10.
