This place has just reopened after COVID and the staff were so accommodating. We arrived to a warm towel and tea reception while the front desk inquired regarding our needs. They tended to our laundry as we had just completed a couple of days of trekking. While freshening up Mr. Kim on the front desk arranged for delivery of the tickets for Fansipan. When we returned from Fansipan they recommended a great restaurant for tasty Sapa specific cuisine. The room was comfortable with a great bed and good air for sleeping and quiet during the night as it is out of the main fray. The breakfast buffet in the morning offered a wide variety of food including a western menu. The Omlettes and banana pancakes and French toast were all excellent. To top things off the kitchen even prepared us a bus lunch of a couple of baguettes and water.

The room was spacious, even the bathroom too. We also had a yummy breakfast. The owner's been kind & helpful, which we're thankful for. We arrived very early in the morning but she let us stay at the reception and leave our stuff there. She even helped us book a shuttle to the bus stop back to Hanoi.
