I stayed in four different hostels in Ko phangan and this was by far the best one. Booked one night and ended up staying for 10 days. There are many toilets and showers and they are ALWAYS clean. Nice common areas to meet people and also quiet areas to just sit. The staff was always available and extremely nice. The location is perfect because it is in a quiet place inside the main area. Comfortable beds with curtains and light. Not a party hostel.

Ed is an amazing host, he upgraded us to the newly built house next to the complex, because there was a construction site next to the bungalow where we should have stayed. House was new, clean, comfy, cleaned very day, towels and bed linen regularly changed. Beach towels are also provided and changed regularly. Ed also helped us with car renting, which was very smooth and organized the transport to the pier on our way back. He's definitely a host that you rarely see.

Situated 100 metres away from Haad Yao, Ephoria Bungalow features comfortable accommodation with sea views. Daytrips and sightseeing arrangements can be made at the tour desk. Amazing little bungalow run by the sweetest family. I stayed in one of their newly renovated bungalows that was 2 steps from the beach. The location is incredible. There is so much within walking distance (7-11, cafes, massage, laundry, scooter rentals, bars), but it's also tucked away at the end of the beach, so it's quiet. The interior was super clean, and everything was modern and updated. I was a solo female and felt very safe there. The family that runs the facilities are so friendly and always willing to help with anything. I had an amazing week there and absolutely would book Euphoria again if I ever go back to Koh Phangan.
