The view from the seafront rooms is unbeatable (although they don't have A/C). The staff is very helpful and pleasant. Renting a motorbike at the hotel and touring the island was great and convinient.

Very nice, cosy bungalows! With amazing terrace and amenities that u dont expect for the price/location. I dont ride motorbike or scooter so I was worrying if I was too far from beaches. Its quite flat island, i managed to cyrcle over it with single speed bicycle. Island has in total max 10 ups/downs where u can push it manually max for 1-2 min. You can rent bicycle from nearby shop (I was amazed that they dont lock bicycles on the island...). You can also reach beach/restaurants with 15-25 min walking. Taxies are quite affordable too 3-5 EUR (from Pier)

The Mount Resort in Ban Bang La wordt omgeven door een volgroeide tuin en ligt op 1,2 km van Khao Lak Beach en het Tsunami Memorial-Rue Tor 813. Everything here was perfect. At the very edge of the forest, far from the crowd and vehicles, there is this gem owned by a wonderful Thai family. Everything here works flawlessly and wonderfully. The garden that surrounds the resort is wonderful and carefully maintained. Each plant is special and the owner (who maintains the garden) is here to answer any question related to it. The bungalows are of decent size and very clean. The breakfast is phenomenal and varied. There are also two wonderful dogs, Coffee and Lata, who guard this building from intruders of all sizes :))) Wonderful experience in this resort and I can't wait to come back again.

The villa exceeded all our expectations! It’s new, freshly designed, everything is made for real living, that’s why you feel like home. Perfectly clean, outstanding garden, relaxing pool. The neighborhood is so quiet, you only hear crickets around. Location for us was perfect, 10 min ride to the beautiful Coconut beach. The owner Agnès was always online, she was ready to help with anything, such a sweet and passionate lady! She even prepared a gift for our daughter’s birthday! It’s one of the best properties we ever had to rent in Thailand. Highly recommend when staying in Khao Lak. We would never choose outdated resorts for such villa, you literally don’t wanna leave!
