Excellent location by the river with nice pool and friendly staff. The manager Hung was very attentive and caring. He went to pick our family up at a location away from Phong Nha at short notice at midnight (as the previous tour operator sent us in the wrong bus) to bring us to the hotel. Large family rooms with comfortable beds, mini fridge, kettle, wifi and nice bath. A great base to explore the wonders of Phong Nha. We will be back.

She took care of EVERYTHING in our staying from picking us up from the bus station in the middle of the night, earlier than expected, through free early check in to dinners and renting a motorbike. The place is spectacular and calming. Everything was beautiful. The location is 10 minutes driving from the center that is anyhow not that epic so we didn't mind. It was quiet and amazing.

Alles was perfect!! Mr Son is ons midden in de nacht komen ophalen en konden al inchecken. Heeft alles geregeld van excursies busvervoer naar Hoi An! Gratis scooter en altijd met een grote glimlach en veel warmte! Het was zeer proper en zou zeker hier terug willen komen. Zo zou het overal moeten zijn en geloof me ik reis veel dit was echt!👍👍👍

We had a great stay here. The bungalows were spacious with everything that you needed. Good seating area just outside. The owner (Gems) was super helpful and booked our bus, onward travel, trip and arranged a moped for us. Nothing was too much trouble. Good value for money. Try the food as well as she owns a local restaurant. Tasty + delicious.
