Alessandro and Diana were incredibly wonderful and kind people. "Alessandro surprised us with a delicious homemade apple pie." The apartment is located in a quiet rural area close to beaches like Grado and Marina Julia. You can visit Venice by train from a nearby station. Trieste is about 40 kilometers away, a wonderful city where we enjoyed watching the sunset. In short, our stay with them was unforgettable. I wish them all the success together.

The accommodation was excellent, clean and well equipped. Raffaella was a wonderful, informative and flexible host throughout. The location of the apartment is excellent, close to the beach, the old town, restaurants, cafes, shops and SPAR. We loved the huge terrace with a beautiful view of the canal, especially at sunset. Highly recommend, we will definitely be back!

Brilliant apartment very spacious for 2 couples to share. The wrap around veranda was amazing.

Great and spacious apartment. All necessary amenities. Very nice sunset view from the rooftop - to bad it hasn’t been made into a real terrace with furniture. Very nice host Matteo was there to meet us with the key. The apartment is a bit far from the city - about a 4 km walk with a VERY steep part of the route. There is a bus stop about 10 minutes away at the bottom of the steep part of the road, so a car is advisable

Very clean and well laid out with lots of open space. Terrific pool and sun beds and room was excellent.

Rooms have been big and modern furnished. The beds very comfortable, there was AC and even mosquito nets which is a plus. The bathroom was very nice and big. Breakfast was very good and fresh (delivered to a table in the Inn bar/restaurant) - cold cuts, cheese, fresh bread, juice, coffee and tea.

Very nice hotel right next to lots of traditional Trieste restaurants. Room was nice, split system air con, bed was comfortable. The main reason I loved this hotel was for the breakfast that changed every day. with your standard bacon & eggs, lots of different cakes, deserts and hot food.

The room was wonderful, and I was impressed by the fully equippted kitchen. I wish the property opened the roof top since the view from roof top is beautiful with the Adrian Sea and sunset (I saw it from the elevator hall).

We love this apartment and stayed here for the second time. Despite the retro style, everything works as it should: a comfortable large bed, strong and hot shower, the kitchen has everything you need.
