The location is spectacular and watching the sunset from our balcony was very special The restaurant on site makes life easy with 2 kids and the food was great

The appartment is fully equipped with everything - washing machine, dishwasher, a/c in each room, mosquito nets etc etc. Very nice private garden from which you can see the lake como (not like.a view but still visible). Location is very good, just a 5 min walk to boat stop (San Giovanni) and some 10..15min walk to villa melzi with it's beautiful gardens. For hikers a great walking path up to the mountain and neighbouring willages.

Great location, fantastic views and better than the pictures! The ferry is only a short walk away but the villa is in a quiet spot with lots of room for the whole family to have space. The view of Bellagio from the bedroom and lounge was impressive and it was lovely having our meals on the verandah.

We are extremely pleased! The apartment is spacious, very clean, and beautifully maintained. The owner welcomed us warmly with a smile, offering tomatoes and basil from her garden, along with some sweets. We found two large bottles of water and iced tea in the fridge, and she even treated us to beer and Coke. The apartment is on the ground floor, featuring a lovely garden with a table, deckchairs, and a hammock. There's a restaurant and a coastal street for walks just 100 meters away. Thank you again for making our stay so enjoyable!

Best location, so close to everything incl restaurants, boat tours, supermarket & with a great view overlooking the lake. The apartment had two sun beds, a comfortable double bed & very efficient (& quite) air conditioning. The host provided clear guidance of how to obtain the keys etc and also offered a space for parking (at extra charge) which was very appreciated since parking is very hard to find elsewhere in Belaggio city centre. The host also pro-actively asked us to reach out whenever we needed.

Great view over lake Como and mountains (chose room with balcony) particularly at sunset, good local restaurant just below the villa and a bar with pizzas and a great view a bit further down, free parking (with pass provided by the property) about 100m, comfortable bed, washign machine, small fridge in room is noisy (turned off at night). Friendly efficient reception.

Perfect location near an old church, close to a funicular. Places to eat within a walking distance. Great views from the balcony. There was a thunderstorm and it was amazing to see all kinds of clouds, some rising up from the lake, others dissipating beyond the hills into the sunset. We had to leave early for a train so I could not check breakfast. Want to visit again for a few nights to enjoy the secluded atmosphere of the place better.
