Offering a garden and mountain view, Daichan House is situated in Yakushima, 2.1 km from Harutahama Beach and 17 km from Yakusugi Land. Mr. Daichan was really kind, we missed the last bus and he picked us up at the airport. He also provided a lot of information about the area and hiking.

Even though it was pouring outside we were able to grill comfortably with the equipment and utensils provided by the hosts. We enjoyed the use of the outdoor sauna. It was amazing to see horses just outside our tent. Would 100% recommend others to stay.
