I would like to highlight one staff member in particular: a very kind lady from the team (Mrs. Hatomi I hope it’s written correctly) Despite the language barrier she helped me in an exceptionally attentive and caring way. She seemed to understand what I needed, always thought along with me and did everything she could to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The entire team truly goes above and beyond for their guests. I never felt uncomfortable, uncertain, or unheard, on the contrary, I felt seen and taken care of. That is rare, and exactly what makes this place so special. Thank you to everyone at Hotel Minimums. You made my trip unforgettable. I will definitely return!
