Cabins in Palomino

The breakfast at Nuba was delicious - we especially appreciated the fresh fruit each day! The staff were all kind and extremely helpful. We were able to book all of our daily excursions with assistance from the Nuba team. They provided us with excellent recommendations. We look forward to returning to Nuba in the future!

we loved our stay at sexto sentido! after spending 2 nights in the more city centre of palomino, we valued the privacy and serenity this property offered. we enjoyed being able to spend quite mornings drinking coffee and reading in the hammocks while being able to spend the evening in the more bustling palomino centre just a 10-15 min walk away. alisonn was an exceptional host! she consistently went out of her way to make us feel welcomed. en plus - she provided an amazing breakfast (the bread that she makes on site was incredible! i wish we would have more time to try the different offerings of the boulangerie) + i had one of the best sandwiches of my life here for dinner (truly!). accommodations are clean and comfortable + since the property is relatively spread out we appreciated a bit of privacy (esp relative to other places we saw in palomino).

It feels like you’re in the middle of nowhere but you’re actually 15min from town. The cabins are so beautiful and clean and the view is just breathtaking. You feel relaxed only by looking at it. Also the chilling area is super cute, there’s a pool and hamacas that you can use. And the fooooood, just amazing. The host are super nice as well, I really recommend it!!

The place was amazing, very close to the beach. The room we stayed in on the second floor was fresh and cool despite the heat in Palomina. The very high traditional palm ceiling ensured the room stayed fresh. It was spotless and the mosquito nets ensured a very good night sleep. The shower in our room was "outdoor" so you shower among the trees and birds dining and under the stars at night while still being very private. On a clear morning we were able to see the snowy peak from the terrace of the second floor. The common areas were great with free coffee and water. Also there were many hammocks were one can chill and look at birds.

What a unique, little paradise in the middle of the jungle, surrounded by fruit trees and a stunning view to the ocean. We highly recommend taking the cacao tour and having breakfast. Polo is an excellent chef! It's a little hike from the main road to the house but it's worth every step.

We liked everything about the property and the staff who were there when you needed them and were nowhere to be seen when you didn’t need them. The accommodation itself was fantastic. We had the cabin with the sea view. It was a little bit of a trek to get there up a steep climb but well worth it. The accommodation had hot and cold water, air-conditioning and electricity with a small microwave inside and coffee making facilities With complimentary coffee of course. the place was immaculately clean and the staff were always on the hand and extremely helpful during our stay I had my birthday there and the staff laid on a special surprise for me around the swimming pool area and then they all sang happy birthday to me All in all. It’s a wonderful place to stay and I would recommend it to anybody. It’s perhaps not suitable to stay in the top cabin for people with disabilities as although it has a concrete path almost all the way to the top, the last bit would be a struggle for people with disabilities . However down in the main area where the dining room, kitchens and reception are the accommodation is perfect for anybody with disabilities. in our group we had one person with a wheelchair who stayed main accommodation area making it easy for him to get to the dining area. The area itself is situated just off of the main coastal road and is within easy access to lots of various beaches along the coastal road all within very easy reach of public transport which will stop outside the entrance to promisedland making day trips out to the beaches very easy

A lovely place to stay. I was staying in the small garden house, it gets a bit warm during the day, but then you can chill on the large porch and enjoying the magnificent garden. At night, it was great. The location is in a rather quiet part of Palomino, which I enjoyed, but just a 5 min walk from the main street. Very nice, friendly owners, and very sweet animals who kept coming to visit me.

We loved our stay here, everything was great. Jackson and Wendy are incredibly kind and helpful - they really make the place what it is..we stayed for 5 nights left to do a tour and came back to stay again. We would definitely come back if we're ever in the area again. Thanks Wendy and Jackson!

We had a wonderful time in Jui Chi MaMa Ecolodge. It was the best place we stayed in Colombia for many reasons. The environment is so relaxingl with the bamboo and the trees, the rooms are really comfortable with perfect aesthetic. lighting and because of the wood the atmosphere inside is really cool,from the window we could see the forest. Laura and her family made us feel like home from the very beginning explained us everything about Palomino with their ecological perception, gave us the best suggestions of restaurants and bar,very affordable with the best quality! There was constantly water, coffee and fruits. Thank you so much!
