The best spot we have stayed in New Zealand! Rob and Karen could not have been kinder and more welcoming. The facilities including the hot tub were luxurious and beyond what we expected. Breakfast was delicious. The property is central to everything in Taupo. Make your reservation now! We could not recommend more highly.

The location was 10 minute drive from the centre of Taupo, breakfast was excellent. Angie and Garth were incredibly friendly giving us help with places to eat and all around the local area. Despite the cold weather in New Zealand for summer we had a fire in the lodge to keep us warm.

Absolutely LOVED staying here. Great Location. Walking distance to everything. Very clean. Amazing view of the lake. Comfortable beds and was nice and warm inside when we arrived. Will definitely be back again.

The owners were exceptional..made sure everything was perfect with our room. And had lots of good advice about attractions we should see..right across the road from the lake and and easy walk into town. Room and bathroom were very very clean. The kitchen was well equipped.

The communication from the owner was very welcoming. The view from the cabin was incredible. There were so many nice touches in the cabin ( bottle of prosecco in the fridge, some chocolates, robes and slippers). One of the nicest places we have ever stayed.
