Amazing night in this very cosy cabin. The balcony was perfect to see the northen lights. The person who welcome us was very available and caring. Everythings was perfect, don’t hesitate to stay here for the night in this warm shelter !

Amazing place, comfortable and cozy, great design.. With view over a frozen river we could watch dog sleds, snow mobiles and even reindeers passing. Perfect spot to visit Jukkasjärvi and also to watch the northern lights!

Cosy cabin situated on the edge of the lake, it was clean, modern and exactly just the right distance from Kiruna centre, around 15mins drive. The bed was amazing, on a raised platform with a panoramic view of the Northern Lights before sleep. Communication was great throughout.

First of all we would like to express our gratitude for the warm welcome we received from our host Alexandre. Our stay at Lakeside Aurora Cabin is one of the most beautiful of our lives. The location on the lake was magical. In the clean and warm cottage we felt at home immediately. Enjoyed the atmospheric vibe and every evening our private sauna was fantastic. We came for the northern lights and were lucky enough to see them every evening and capture them on film. Due to the beautiful location it was super clear to see. One of the best places we've ever stayed. Main disclaimer is you absolutely need a car to stay here. If you are not renting a car, stay closer to town. We had a car and intentionally booked a place outside of town that would give us greater visibility of the aurora. The location of this property is unlike any other. You can go on hikes to see the lights at all hours of the night and you get 360 degree views of the sky if you walk out onto the lake. The wilderness left cabin was equipped with everything we could ever need. Warm, comfortable beds, great shower facility and best of all was our private sauna. The staff was extremely helpful when we struggled making a fire for the sauna. I would recommend this property to anyone and hope to return someday!

Camp Caroli is located in Jukkasjärvi, 15 minutes from Kiruna, it has everything you could want from a camp, new, warm, super equipped and well furnished cabins in a simple way as befits Lappland as well as a priceless view of the lake, the camp is oriented to the north so if the sky is clear you can chase the Northern Lights directly in the garden without having to move, but the strong point is the owner Stefan, friendly and very nice. If you go there in winter Stefan himself organizes snowmobile and husky dog ​​safaris so if you are looking for a place to stay in Swedish Lapland this is the place for you!
