Our honeymoon stay at the hotel in Moshi was absolutely magical. We were upgraded to the best room available and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. From separate romantic dinners to a bed decorated with flowers and a complimentary bottle of champagne, every detail was taken care of to ensure our experience was truly special. I stayed here for the second time after coming back from safari. Again it was a great stay. Comfortable, nice people and the food in the restaurant is really amazing. I had lunch and dinner and it was excellent.

We absolutely loved this place and the people who work here! It's so peaceful with a nice swimmingpool in a beautiful garden. We slept here two nights before and two nights after climbing Kilimanjaro and we were totally rested. The rooms are spacious with a cute little balcony and a comfortable bed. The chef makes very very delicious meals and the breakfast is amazing! We had a lot of dirty clothes after Kilimanjaro so we used the laundry service and I don't think my clothes have ever been so clean. The best part is that when we paid for our stay we got told that part of the money goes to the Mama Clementina foundation. All the more reason to stay at this lovely place! :D

I loved all the services for seven days I spent here. I have never been to Tanzania before, I had a wonderful experience. Without exaggeration, it is like having a family in Moshi, where you feel safe, treated very well, meticulously clean and quiet room, and many more. The hotel manager, Mr Walter, is very helpful and caring man, he's like big brother making sure everything you need is addressed. On my arrival, he brought a cool nice juice, saying karibu i.e. welcome. I needed to go to barber early next morning before going to business meeting, he took me by hotel transport to the barber and waited for me there, then get to the work place with me. After I finished my work day, I wanted transport back to the hotel and arranged that also. Wanted to buy something in town, he went with me showed me around and then back to hotel. They have great range of delicious food, I loved French fries, so many fruits , ugali, etc. All great service for me through out the week. Overall I recommend Neneu for anyone travelling to Moshi for short or long trips. You will never regret staying here, when you meet Walter, just ask for anything you wanted!!!
