It’s in a fantastic location. Under the mountains in a farm. Very safe. Very private. The host is super accommodating too. The Wagyu steals are divine. I suggest you choose your steaks when you arrive to collect the keys. Was a beautiful sunset.

My family and I (in-laws and husband) loved absolutely everything about Simondium's Country Lodge. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, the lodge itself is gorgeous, the rooms were beautiful and comfortable, the food was INCREDIBLE, the pool was clean and warm and the location was central to everything we wanted to do in Franshoek.
