Normally I struggle finding a good hotel in Germany however this place was exceptional. They had thought of everything with nice little touches in everything. The facilities were great, the service impeccable - we felt welcomed by all and the staff were very polite and friendly. They even gave a little note and a bottle of champagne for my partners birthday delivered with a smile. Very nice unexpected surprise I must say.

On arrival we found a handwritten welcome note and a laid table with cheese, sausages, pretzels and a couple of beers. The lodge is cozy and tastefully decorated with a stunning view of the surrounding mountains and lake.
