It's a beautiful and peaceful location. The cabin is nice and there is everything you need for self catering.

Very nice room, friendly staff and great location. Very close to the main train/bus station (with an airport shuttle). Really tasty breakfast, including plenty of vegetarian and vegan options . Really good value for money.

The location is phenomenal; a mere 10 minute walk from the central station to the hotel, and only a crosswalk away from the city center and the start of the old town. This was very convenient for us as we were only in Dortmund for one night and had to catch an early flight (it was a 7 minute walk to the station for the airport shuttles).

The location is great for the airport.. You can get the shuttle bus from Holzwide Train station a 10min walk from hotel. A bonus is 5mins from hotel is Netto,Rossmans and a very tasty Kebab restaurant

Price is good. WC is shared but shower was in the room. I could close shutter and room was completely dark, so I could sleep well. Very close to bus station. Receptionist was kind and friendly.

A pleasant quiet very clean small hotel,room & bathroom was clean and a very comfortable bed.I like that it was also close by to a netto,Rossmans and a kebab shop. The hotel itself was cozy with a lovely sitting room with tv if you didn’t want to stay in your room. It’s a non smoking policy but they have a nice terrace for smokers to sit & relax. To get to the airport it’s a short walk to the train station and their is a shutttle service for 3 euros only takes 10mins to Dortmond airport.

Comfortable, spacious apartment located in a quiet residential area. The shutters on the windows allowed us to darken the bedroom.

Spacious well equiped ground floor apartment in a quiet residential street with convenient proximity to places we wanted to go in the region. The decor and layout made it feel like a home away from home, and was perfect for my family. The large windows make it feel light and airey, with electric shutters for privacy. The kitchen is modern and well stocked with utensils etc, and the apartment furnished to a very high standard. The host was welcoming despite our limited comprehension of German. I would not hesitate to book the property again.

Very quiet place. Super clean room. Extreamly frendly and helpful stuf. Tasty breakfast. If you need airport - hotel shutle service - this is on more reason chose this hotel. Their airport shutle - Porsche Panamera with perfect exhaust sound :)
