Creity Hall Chalet ligger i Stirling, kun 18 km fra Lake of Menteith. Her er en have, en terrasse, grillfaciliteter og gratis wi-fi. Fabulous chalet, very warm and comfortable everything clean and tidy. The owners are great and discreet and are there if you require anything. The chalet is very well equipped with appliances and utensils. There are also two decking areas with seats and tables outside which are set in wonderful and very well maintained grounds within a large grassed area which was great for our dog. In our opinion this is a great place to stay and we hope to return soon. If you have read any not so good reviews about this property; from personal experience of staying here I would ignore them we found everything about the stay here to be a very high standard. It is in an excellent location. Close to the Loch Lomond National Park. Extremely clean with excellent staffs.

Immaculately clean and cosy lodges, perfect for getting the girls together for a long overdue catch up. And the hosts, well they are the very best of the best ! As for the beds... easily the best sleep I've ever had away from home. Absolutely worth staying here !!

Auchenhill Lodge ligger ca. 33 km fra Mugdock Country Park og har en have, balkon og bjergudsigt. Overnatningsstedet har aircondition og ligger 32 km fra Lake of Menteith. I received a very warm welcome upon arrival, potentially one of the best I have ever received. It was quite late and dark, but all of the lights had been left on so that I could easily find my way. In addition, there was a basket of homemade bread and scones, a fresh glass container of milk, butter, and clotted cream. I nearly wept when I saw how beautiful everything was, and that such care had been taken to ensure that our arrival was exactly as one would hope it to be. This lodge gave me hope in humanity and a believe in human connection - after staying at many cold and heartless accommodations. It was such a gift. Seriously. The bedrooms were very spacious, with the Master bedroom being large enough to easily set up one, two, or even three baby travel cots with ease. The shower in the master bedroom was nice and warm and the closet was huge. The other 3 bedrooms were also a good size, offering plenty of space for your luggage and personal items. One was set up with twin beds, beneath them were pull outs with additional mattresses. The other two bedrooms were set up with full or queen size beds, both rooms/beds big enough to sleep two adults. Every bedroom was nicely decorated with plenty of lamps, pillows, blankets, etc. There is a long hallway, connecting the main part of the house where the living room, kitchen, and in kitchen dining room are located with the 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. At the entrance way is also a coat closet/mudroom, heated, with a variety of shelves housing books and boardgames. The kitchen is well outfitted, with plenty of cookware and serving ware. There is a microwave, air fryer, kettle and toaster. One thing that is not available is a coffee machine, but there were plenty of instant coffee pack choices on site. In the pantry, there were also basic staples such as salt/pepper/oil/vinegar and a number of spices, teas, etc. One can arrive here not having first stopped at the grocery store, which was so helpful.

Mulberry Lodge Guest Suite - luxurious accommodation on West Highland Way ligger i Drymen, 22 km fra Lake of Menteith og 27 km fra Glasgow Botanic Gardens. Her er gratis wi-fi og et fladskærms-tv. Absolutely fantastic place, beautiful. The hosts were exceptional, very attentive. Looking forward to my next stay. Such a comfortable, safe place stunning location.
