She was very friendly, gave us a tour of the the hotel/room, and quickly heated the outside jacuzzi & sauna for us. The hotel is a true GEM, with amazing views of the town and mountains, extremely comfortable, great design, and outstanding service. Highly recommend for couples or families visiting Durmitor.

Spotless accomodation with thoughtful gestures like a welcome bottle of wine and many little touches like warm robes, slippers etc. We stayed in Horizons -1 which had its own driveway and was the chalet with the best view. Chalet is about 7-10 mins drive from the city centre

They are incredibly nice. Leave you absolute privacy but are always responsive and very helpful. We were given breakfast eggs - very tasty, thank you!
