Great place, very beautiful set-up and location surrounded by vineyards, well maintained and exceptionally friendly staff. The new chef was very friendly and cooked a very nice dinner and delicious eggs Benedict for breakfast. The hot tub was great to relax in the evening.

Cape Town International Airport is 62 km from the property, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service. Gahno and his staff at La Clé blew our minds with the best hospitality at this magical lodge. From the breakfast to sundowners to the vineyard and lake we couldn’t have had a better stay. If I’m ever back in Franschhoek I will definitely stay here. Highly recommend this one of a kind Lodge close to everything in town and the vines.

Cape Town International Airport is 118 km away, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service. Very relaxing weekend away from the business of city life. The sounds of birds and frogs while sitting around the fire at night and having springbok and zebra wondering past the house was a treat. We enjoyed walking aroudn and exploring the farm and the dams too.

Absolutely beautiful cottage with mountain views, Kolkol hot tub, braai area, luxurious bedroom, lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. What more could you need?
