Very easy to find, navigate, easy to enter, find ket, return key. really nice! Also, as i was confused about bulgarian timezone (i forgot), lady give me 30-50 more minutes to prepare, so VERY kind of her!

Location is excellent! Flat is in the middle of town centre, which was excellent for us and the purpose of our visit. I have never stayed in a more clean than this place! SPOTLESS CLEAN! Modern furniture throughout the place incl kitchen and bathrooms (X2 !!) and very tasteful decoration. A welcome bottle of rose in the fridge and some chocolates, thank you! Arriving from cool UK to 39 degrees Vidin, and to find that the aircon was on, so we entered in a cool flat , was very thoughful and kind gesture.
