What a nice place!! Great view, delicious homemade food and the temperature is perfect on August without humidity. The ancient city at the top of the hill is marvellous and 4 minutes by car. A huge beach nearby 1 hour otherwise you enjoy the pool!! Or you dive at vjosa river 10 minutes away. Remember to ask for the new road. Don t follow the gps road without a high car.

Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff, little but tasty breakfast and nice, spacious rooms. We booked the room with a large bathtub, it was all very clean and comfortable. The prices are more than justified.

From the moment we arrived at Vila Rexho, Arti and his family welcomed us with open arms and the warmest Albanian hospitality imaginable. They truly are the best hosts one could ask for. Each morning began with a delightful homemade and typical Albanian breakfast, a delicious start to our days exploring the beautiful city of Berat and its beautiful surroundings. What truly made our stay special was the incredible kindness shown to our three sons. Arti and his took them in their daily walk with the sheeps – an unforgettable experience. We joined them and made a picturesque walk through the olive groves on their property, offering stunning mountain views. This was followed by a delightful tasting of various traditional Albanian dishes and, of course, the local raki at their home. It was a truly authentic and heartwarming experience. Vila Rexho offers far more than just a place to stay; it provides a genuine connection with Albanian culture and the kindest of people. We wholeheartedly recommend Vila Rexho to anyone visiting Berat. Our stay was a perfect 10/10 stars, and we extend our sincere thanks to Arti and his wonderful family for making our time in Albania so special!

Manager of this villa no words to describe you Boss. 1. when you are in Villa Palma let manager manage everything like taxi, food, medicine anything you need it happens in 2-10 minutes. Just text or call and it happens so fast. 4. Cleaning is in topp. Overall you’ll never find place, service, people and managers like this place. Feels like family. The location was perfect,around 5 minutes from the city center. The host was super nice and welcoming. What I like the most about it was the view. It was perfect and calming drinking early coffee or late night beers in that garden.

This has to be the best place to stay in Albania. The whole castle is for yourself, we booked it together with my girlfriend and we were in shock how magic this place is. I think this place could be amazing for a family of four, you have dogs, cats, deer’s, cows perfect for kids and for adults too. If we could we would stay here forever. The host is very friendly and replies very fast. He brings fresh breakfast every morning. Everything is from their farm, so the food is really tasty. When i come again to Albania i would definitely come back here.
