Our stay in Lugina e Shengjergjit was wonderful! Our room was very tidy, comfortable and clean. The resort was beautiful and the host and staff were super friendly and helpful. The host gave us great recommendations for sightseeing and really enriched our stay! We highly recommend this place! P.s. The host’s wife is a great cook:)

Breakfast and dinner were perfect. All the meals and the ingredients were home made and home grown by the owner, and they tasted delicious. They served more than enough food each meal.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Exceptional Stay at Metro Terminal Hotel – Spotlessly Clean with Outstanding Hospitality I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Metro Terminal Hotel in Tirana, Albania, for five nights, and I genuinely loved every single moment of my stay. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The receptionists were all amazing—warm, professional, and always willing to help. The manager was equally wonderful, ensuring guests felt comfortable and well cared for at all times. The entire team was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always checking in to make sure everything was perfect. One of the strongest highlights of this hotel is its exceptional level of cleanliness. If you are looking for a hotel that is extremely clean, this is absolutely the place. From the rooms, reception, dining area, and kitchen to every single corner of the hotel, everything was spotless, fresh, and looked new. I never once saw anything that made me uncomfortable or cringe. My room was cleaned every single day, fresh water was provided daily in my fridge, and the room felt modern, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent, making it easy to rest and relax. The bathroom deserves special mention. It was very spacious, modern, and immaculately clean, with a fresh and well-designed layout. Everything looked new, well cared for, and hygienic, which made the experience even more comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast experience was also outstanding. The kitchen staff were fantastic, and a special mention goes to the chef, who was truly amazing. He was always present during breakfast, warmly checking in on guests, making sure everyone was happy, and assisting with anything needed. The variety of dishes was excellent, fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared, making breakfast something to truly look forward to each morning. Throughout my stay, I felt safe, relaxed, and genuinely cared for.

This was the best place I ever stayed in my life. The food was so delicius the staff was amazing friendly. You can try the most traditional Albanian food at this place, they make they own cheese, jams, icecreams and more and more. The breakfast was very traditional and a bit of everything I enjoyed a lot, everything was fresh and warm. In the evening there is a great atmosphere at the dinner where you can enjoy the dinner outside with some pianno music. And for families there is also a playground for kids which is pretty big and your kids will have a great time as well. They have also rooms which are amazing designed. It was my first time to stay in a such amazing and very sustainable room which I support a lot. Definitely will come back this is my favorite place in Albania. Thank you Kazerma e Cerenit, will be back 100%.

Great and modern apartment! Very cosy and luxurious. Very kind staff. Comfortable beds and big bathroom. It is new and perfect. 20 minutes walk to the central square. For the Friends the series fans there is a coffee shop inspired by that right across the street.

Everything is good with people and clean rooms. Bar is good also. Klaus my man. Whatever I want he tried his best as an employee.

The staff was very helpful especially Angela. Inside parking. Good breakfast. We where 3 couples stayed 6 nights, we will recommend this hotel. Next visit to Tirana I use again this hotel.

The hotel is very nice and the bed was perfect fór a good sleep. The staff was very polite and ready to help. The spa was super and perfect massage. We will surely come again
