A lovely and welcoming family. I felt really good staying here. Welcomed with grapes and departed with a huge breakfast to have energy for the whole day. This is a perfect place to visit the Ararat area and really recommended to do a morning trip to Khor Virap monastery (15 min taxi ride). Sunset views of Ararat and early morning views are stunning

The room was very nice, neat, but the outside was very cosy, the whole yard. There is a small lake (artificial) where you can see turtles, it has a floating raft. Fire places for grilling food, sheds for hanging out. The owner was very nice, the whole place is jazz themed with mentions of famous jazz musicians. We also got tasty dinner, made by the owner himself, good wine and some jazz music. He even put the video projector, candles, it was romantic. It is super chill, the owner is super chill, friendly, there is also a dog, who is even more chill.

Good communication from the owners after I made the booking. We both loved the tranquility of the place. As a sponsor of one of the rescued bears they arranged for us to help put the food out for our sponsor bear Max and then watch as he searched for his food.

Gregory and Anna were excellent hosts. It is a brand-new building, spacious, clean and comfortable. They went out of their way to make things easy and simple. Anna's breakfasts were a feast, for the eyes and the taste buds. Thank you so much! Their home was our first night and days in Armenia, and it was a lovely introduction. It is a few kilometers from Khor Virap. Advice: get up early for the best icon shots of the monastery with Mt Ararat as a backdrop. You will be back in time for breakfast at 9:00.

Amazing experience, Boris and his family was so pleasant. Coffee and amazing breakfast. I loved the terrace with a spectacular view of Ararat. Just open the vine there, sit into comfy sofa and relax! Possibility of trip to Chor Virap for a nice money. Must visit Boris and his Sunrise house.
