Gregory and Anna were excellent hosts. It is a brand-new building, spacious, clean and comfortable. They went out of their way to make things easy and simple. Anna's breakfasts were a feast, for the eyes and the taste buds. Thank you so much! Their home was our first night and days in Armenia, and it was a lovely introduction. It is a few kilometers from Khor Virap. Advice: get up early for the best icon shots of the monastery with Mt Ararat as a backdrop. You will be back in time for breakfast at 9:00.

We really, really enjoyed our stay at your hotel. A new, cozy, modern hotel with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The bathroom has all the necessary amenities, including a robe and slippers. The balcony overlooking the river gave us many pleasant moments over morning coffee and evening tea. I liked everything about our stay. The communication prior to our arrival at the hotel was excellent. Sandra, the hotel manager was friendly and professional and the communication with her was easy and effective. Then at check in we met Narek, who was extremely helpful with booking a tour outside of Yerevan. The hotel is located perfectly at the city center with walking access to main central venues. It is very clean, well kept. The building is beautiful and quiet and beautifully designed and decorated. There is a nice internal yard area with tables and a kitchen the guests can use. The room we had was very spacious, clean and pleasant. Definitely recommend the hotel!
