I liked the location. It is not far from both of the finest Yerevan grand malls - Yerevan Mall and Erebuni Mall. The hotel is 5-minutes ride from the Yerevan railway station and 25-minutes from Zvartnots airport. I liked the new and clean room, though is not spacious, but quite enough for staying alone for several days for business. I was generously shown by the hotel's owner several other rooms which are more spacious and suitable for a couple. And, on top of that, I very liked the coziness of the small inner yard and politeness and hospitality of the hotel's owner.

I really liked the hotel, it was really good. The food was very tasty and appetizing, the service staff was very attentive and friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable. I guess this is the best value accommodation in Yerevan. I booked by accident after the previous host changed the terms at the last minute and I'm very happy with it. The apartment is literally meters away from the noisy life of Yerevan, the metro and Russia Mall, but it is in a quiet, peaceful and really charming street. There is a small cozy courtyard, and the apartment is equipped with everything you need for a short stay - a bedroom, a TV, a dining table, a miniature kitchen and a comfortable bathroom. The only difficulty was to adjust the hot water - it was just boiling, just ice cold. For the next guests, I will share what I discovered only on the last day - if you increase the water to the maximum, the temperature stabilizes. Everything else was perfect! Thanks to the hospitable hosts!

This small hotel is very conveniently located, just a few minutes' walk from the Italian Embassy and a 10-minute walk to the very center, Republic Square. Carrefour is just in the next building and open till midnight. All rooms are located on the second floor, boasting high ceilings and a quiet street view. The rooms come equipped with a fridge, cups, and cutlery, making it very convenient. The good internet and Smart TV were great amenities to have. Everything was clean, neat, and definitely worth the money. While there isn't a 24/7 reception, the owner is always available online via WhatsApp, which made communication even more comfortable. I was thoroughly pleased with my experience here.

Everything went well. We stayed very shortly just after arrival and before departure. The transfers to and from the airport went very smoothly although they were at night. The location is good with supermarkets nearby and the hotel is clean. The staff were friendly and polite. The price value is excellent. Thank you very much!
