Property is as described, lovely back yard seating area would have been perfect if I’d been traveling with friends. Hosts were very lovely — provided a complimentary breakfast spread after I settled in, invited me to help bring in the cows, I got to see them milking and a few hour later was given a cup of milk fresh off the stove. If you want a glimpse at village life, this is a great stay.

The place is overall really great! But the best thing I like is that all rooms have lake view. We went there during winter, so watching the snow meets the lake from our room was so nice! I can only imagine how awesome it would be during other seasons, specially spring.

A hotel in a very quiet area in the beautiful city of Sevan with very polite and respectful staff. They paid attention to all my requests and responded positively. The interior of the rooms is very clean and modern and has a wonderful bathroom. It is located near Sevan Lake and you will be at Sevan Lake in 7-8 minutes by car. The air conditioning system in the rooms is very good and there are enough windows. I think it is worth staying and you can enjoy it.

The place looks very nice, refreshing, it's cold at night so you have to wear something warm to keep you warm. The food is good, it's not the best, it needs more variety but it's good, the pool is clean, the rooms I chose were the Cozy Cottage, it's very nice, the view is on the sea like a balcony from you directly to the sea, the atmosphere is very refreshing, there are many dogs that love people and play with you while riding horses, whoever wants to relax comes to the place and I forgot to say there are swings for adults and children and a place designated for children to play
