I enjoyed the stay very much. Throughout the whole stay from the arrival until the departure, I felt very welcome. The guest family even invited me to eat dinner with them, I enjoyed the time with them a lot. All in all, it was a perfect stay. It's only a pity that I only stayed one night ;) If you are in the area, you have to stay at Moreni Guest House.

Oazis has a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Noratus. Among the various facilities are ski-to-door access and barbecue facilities.

This place is incredible ! Feels like luxury. The decoration is very nice, everything is clean, the service is perfect, the bed are comfortable. You can even put netflix on TV, the terrace is very pleasant. They are helpful and very friendly. I was travelling without a car (you can reach everything by foot if you like walking, the amazing graveyard is like 50min away). There are nice walks to do in the area. The day after they brought me by car right to the bus station to the nearest town. It was lovely !

We absolutely loved it. The location, the view, the superior room feels like a villa with amazing sea view. The restaurant's food and service was excellent. I loved there Jam! The guy at reception was so helpful and welcoming despite the language barrier. He used Google translate all the time and it worked perfectly! Would come again ! The location is just magnificent.

The place is very well organised and you have stunning views of Lake Sevan. We just stayed one night so difficult to rate all features of this place but we were very satisfied with our choice. The guesthouse for 4 people was clean and warm featuring a French window overlooking the lake, it had everything we needed. There was an option to order breakfast which we didn't use.

An exceptionally comfortable hotel room beside lake Sevan! There is under floor heating, a heated towels rail, lots of clean towels, shampoo etc, and a fridge. A real bonus were the windows in the room: There were two. You can see the sun rise from one and the sun set from the other. You can also see lake Sevan from one of the windows. Breakfast was very good and served by a friendly and helpful lady. Near the hotel is a bridge where you can cross the highway and walk across a field and enter the town through an archway to drink coffee and tea at the teahouse and buy fruit and anything else you need in the town.
