Excellent location, so serene, the shore of the lake is very swimmable and the beach lounge chairs make for a relaxing swim day. Bar right on the beach for drinks, and you can order dinner right to your porch overlooking the beach. The staff was readily available at any moment to take orders or to help. In the morning, a hearty breakfast is served on your porch. Didn't want to leave! nstant relaxation. A short 8 min ride to the monastery and the main strip for market and fun vibes, and we caught a boat ride back right to our shore!

My room was upgraded, as there was a room with a balcony with lake view, which was very nice. This area of Lake Sevan is less crowded, compared to the shores closer to Yerevan, and this makes the property very peaceful, surrounded by pure nature. You don't see noisy picnickers, cars here and the territory is very well taken care of. The staff was very attentive and friendly. They went extra mile and agreed to give me my breakfast at 12:00 !!
