I liked everything. The location is perfect, the rooms are clean and have everything you need for a stay, the bed was comfortable, the service was exceptional. The breakfast was also good. There was something for every taste, from sweet to salty. Loved my stay here and would absolutely recommend it.

We really liked this hotel. The room was very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The bed and pillows are comfortable and sheets are clean.The shower is great, except the water doesn't drain very quickly. The room is very quiet. Breakfast is amazing with Americano coffee or tea, eggs, fruit, bread, cheese, meats, yogurt. Air conditioning works well, we didn't use the wifi. The location is good. A 12-15 minute walk to the main square and for us, it was a pleasant walk. It is a really good value especially with the breakfast.

Everything is excellent about this hotel, the staff are very helpful and super friendly and always smiling. The lady in the kitchen is also very welcoming. The location is great in the heart of Gyumri. The rooms are really well equipped, and spacious and very comfortable beds and pillows. Extremely clean. Wifi Speed is excellent for video calls and remote working. Highly recommended for anyone staying in Gyumri.

This hotel is a level above anything else that we have stayed in in 2 and a half weeks in Armenia. A lot of Armenian hotels say that they are 5 stars but this was the only one that truly is. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, from the people on reception, to the bar tender through to the restaurant staff. The bar is great and the restaurant food was by far the best that we have had in Armenia. Our room was spacious and modern. I cannot reiterate enough how good this hotel, bar and restaurant is.

We visited Gyumri with my family and to book our accommodation at Sesil hotel was the best choice we could made. The owner Hovo and his kind wife were very hospitable with us. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, the rooms were clean, the service was very professional, the hotel is very well placed.
