My room was upgraded, as there was a room with a balcony with lake view, which was very nice. This area of Lake Sevan is less crowded, compared to the shores closer to Yerevan, and this makes the property very peaceful, surrounded by pure nature. You don't see noisy picnickers, cars here and the territory is very well taken care of. The staff was very attentive and friendly. They went extra mile and agreed to give me my breakfast at 12:00 !!

The stuff is very nice! The room itself is clean, warm, everything is new. Shower has really hot water, they have warm floors, kitchen and all the cutlery + tea, coffee, water, fridge. Included breakfast is delicious. The restaurant at the property is also really nice.

Nature is beautiful! The house was very nice, 4 rooms, very clean and comfortable.
