Not far from the bus station, but rather far from the city center. There are small shops near. 20 minutes to the Sevan lake (but the bank, unfortunately, very very dirty). Very polite and helpful personnel, Tsovik helped us with everything we wanted. Big fridge!

Large, well furnished plus convenient appartment and very nice lady as a host (and her smart nephew that can translate into English :)). Easy comunication.

I enjoyed the stay very much. Throughout the whole stay from the arrival until the departure, I felt very welcome. The guest family even invited me to eat dinner with them, I enjoyed the time with them a lot. All in all, it was a perfect stay. It's only a pity that I only stayed one night ;) If you are in the area, you have to stay at Moreni Guest House.
