This was the best place in Armenia, we were met by a hotel employee and opened the gate for us, we drove in and parked on the hotel grounds, we were met by another hotel employee with an umbrella, it was raining, when we went inside, they brought us champagne, it was nice)) the hotel grounds are very clean and cozy, there is an indoor pool, all the employees are very polite and helpful, the service is top notch, the room is comfortable, clean and with a beautiful view of the mountains, the food in the restaurant was excellent, we have never eaten so delicious in Armenia, the chef Karen is very cool), the restaurant staff are very attentive and nice guys) it was very cool, we will definitely come back to you again, thank you for the good mood)

I think this is the best luxorious designer hotel you can find in Vanadzor. The staff is handpicked, with excellent service. Location is amazing with forests from all sides. The hotel restaurant was also very high quality, which served us both dinner and breakfast. Very delicious avodaco benedict with smoked armenian trout. The best benefit is large botanical garden near the hotel. And you get free entrance as a horel guest!

This hotel is within good location. The place is very clean and well put together. The staff members were amazing!! On my first day the young girl at the reception was helping me out, offering advice and even brought me a pink rose, home made juice, Armenian coffee, and two chocolates!! Even the staff the next day were smiling and courteous.
