This place is a paradise that you don't hope to find in Armenia! The location is stunning - it is quiet, you are surrounded by nature, and it is beautiful scenery throughout the day. The facilities are spotless clean and everything is taken care with love, every small detail, everywhere you look. Every decoration is interesting, and the interior is very unique. We didn't expect it to be this great, but hands down, this is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed anywhere on our travels. The kitchen has everything you need. The bathrooms are very clean and new. Towels and sheets smell amazing. There are plenty of areas where to hang around inside, and they are all beautiful. We especially loved the swing above the place - what a perfect spot. The owner - another level of hospitality. He was always very attentive and making sure you were fine. We were gifted by the most delicious strawberries and pastries from his wife, and we were allowed to eat the berries that grew there. Not to mention, we shared coffee and nuts together and watched the most beautiful thunderstorm we have ever seen. We decided to stay extra (3rd) night, and needed to load our groceries, so he took us to the shop and back in the cleanest car we have ever seen 😍 The kittens in the yard are so lovely, and the husky dog Taiga is very sweet also. For the third night, we moved to the smaller house that is designed by the owner, and it is so authentic and cosy, you feel like you are staying in the countryside with 5 star hotel facilities. I could go on and on about this place, you have to come and experience it by yourself. This is not to be missed if you are in the area. Thank You for exceptional hospitality, and we wish you lots of guests and luck in the future. ❤️

Yura and his wife are amazing hosts. The place was very clean and warm, which is very good in the colder months. Yura also took us around to see some great sites around the area and also dropped us and picked us up after completing a hike about 30 minutes away. We also had meals prepared for us by his wife and they were absolutely delicious! We loved our stay!

We were welcomed by Sahak and Jasmine, the best example we found of Armenian hospitality. They don't speak English (they know Armenian and Russian), but Sahak is an expert using Google Translator, and we understood each other fine. Sahak has been extremely helpful advising places to visit, booking taxis and making sure we had everything we needed. Jasmine is a wonderful chef: you must try her breakfast!! We liked it so much we asked for a recipe. She also let us use her washing machine: this was greatly appreciated! The room is exactly as shown on the photos. We had our own private access at ground floor (the hosts live on the first floor). The door opens to a small hallway: the bedroom is on the left, private bathroom on the right (all 3 areas of our exclusive use). The room has air conditioning, although we used it only for 15 minutes: the room stays cool, although it was 35 degrees outside. The beds were comfortable and we slept very well. It's very easy to move around: a taxi in town costs 500 AMD (roughly 1.25 € in August 2024). 1,000 AMD to the restaurants around Yeghegnadzor.

Countless things I like. Room is clean and bright. Location is quiet with kind locals nearby. Just walk and reach Monasteries by hiking (if you like hiking). Delicious dinner prepared by host family with their home grown veggie, grape wine….Most importantly, the family are very kind, sweet and helpful who concern about you. They help me with transport to visit some places, talk to shared driver in ?Russian ?/ Armenian (I can’t tell because I don’t understand both languages). Definitely I love to stay much longer. Grand parents are nice, parents are kind, two pretty daughters are so sweet. What else do I need more 🥰❤️
