Very nice hotel with friendly staff. We loved amazing spa area, they have outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, few steam rooms, saunas... Rooms are big, clean, warm. Food was great, breakfasts were really nice. Every evening there was new creative menu. Our waitress Xenia was a star. Thank you so munch for amazing time

Amazing place in the mountains! We visited the hotel in summer and were very pleasantly surprised. The facilities of the hotel and the room itself were fantastic. Since we were traveling with a dog, we appreciated that they were well-equipped. If someone forgot a bowl, there were two available in the room, along with a small bed. However, the best and absolutely unique feature is their community area for walking dogs. It’s a large fenced area about 200 meters from the hotel, where you can let the dog off the leash and let it run around. There are also basic agility obstacles. Entry here is paid, but the hotel provides a free pass. The breakfast was excellent! A decent selection, and the eggs with bacon were absolutely genius. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly friendly, and there was no problem even with a late arrival. Right next to the hotel, there is a cable car that takes you up to Brunnach. We highly recommend it; the views are stunning, and the hikes along the ridges are fantastic. You even get a free ticket for the cable car at the hotel. Great place in beautiful nature!

Excellent hotel at excellent location, 50 m from the ski lift. Free parking. Breakfast and dinner were superb, prices in the bar (drinks and finger food) very reasonable. Spacious hotel with many lounging areas. Two saunas with free towels, refreshments and fruit, fitness center with basic equipment. Great skiing resort.

Great skiing resort. Many ski-lifts and pistes to explore and they are all well prepared. The pistes are not too difficult, most of them are of medium difficulty, but there are also some pistes suited for learning skiers. There is also a possibility to trek to the nearest peaks with or without the help of ski-lifts. The wellness is also great with an outside heated pool from where you can see the ski pistes. The area is well suited for families since it is peaceful and quiet.

The town is wonderful.

The town is wonderful. I can imagine it in a beautiful winter idyll, covered in snow and illuminated with lights. Autumn time - just as beautiful, but the fact is that after 10 o'clock everything closes. I would also like to see more cycling areas clearly marked - they lack this in snow-free times.

Nice town, not too crowded in september.

Nice town, not too crowded in september. There is a great country bike trail, 15 km long. For all age and even for those with less experience on trails and for children. There are also other more dificult trails within 20-30 min car ride. An ofcorse a lot of beautifull mountains, a lot of them are above 2000m. They are covered in blueberries!

The town is very nice, the skiing is even better. The only thing to keep in mind is that non-main roads are narrow and relatively steep, definitely bring your snow chains if your accommodation is a bit higher up.

We enjoyed our trip in Bad Kleinkirchheim, we went there...

We enjoyed our trip in Bad Kleinkirchheim, we went there mainly for skiing. When you get the ski pass, you have the choice to go to the thermal bath too. So we choose to go for one day in Romerbad. Pay attention, if you go to the Spa/Sauna area you have to pay in addition 20€ by person, nobody announces you and it is not written in English. Other point: you have to go naked in the Spa/Sauna area... On the prospectus is written unclothed ( we thought we can go in swimming suits). We were with our children -> so we had a not very pleasant situation and we had to pay 80€ in addition for nothing. In the Romerbad Thermal area the pools are not very big, so it doesn't worth to change a day of skiing with a day just in Thermal bath area. Enjoy skiing!

We highly recommend this 5 star hotel. Amazing facilities (3 swimming pools, saunas, massage), very good food (including complimentary afternoon cakes) and outstanding staff. We were really impressed by the way the owners are involving themselves in guests entertainment and enjoyment: singing Austrian songs, serving greeting cocktails and other details that make the difference.

The variety of the breakfast was ok ( but not the service nor the presentation). Everything else was terrible. Absolutely not a five star hotel. There was almost no hotel personnell. It looks like a good hotel from the past which is now decadent and left out of control.

The food, we had breakfast and dinner, were excellent and very tasty. For breakfast a large selection from the buffet tables and for dinner a selection of several courses and the children had separate buffet tables. Hotel located approx. 30 m from the ski slope.

Located a 5min drive uphill from Kaiserburgbahn lift. The view form the room is wonderful. The room was very nice. The food they serve is amazing. Hotel also has a ski and boot room, with heating for boots.
