Everything, place is flawless, the decor, the wellness and spa areas, the lake house & swimming/sun deck. The food in the restaurant & breakfast selection top class. Parking very easy, check-in also very easy. Advice: unless you have early checkin, it will be 3pm, so go straight to wellness as you really only have a 3-4 hr window before dinner, especially if you only staying for 1 night. It is not open till 11pm next morning on checkout.

Great wellness hotel with outstanding service. We were here to celebrate my Birthday and receive a great treat from the Check-in moment and all the staffs seems to acknowledge about this so everyone said HBD. This is very impressive to me. This family owned Hotel is very well decorated and managed. The room is very spacious with comfortable bed and great balcony with beautiful view from the Bodensee. Spa area is very nice, well decorated , and the treatment was also very good. The dinner is very delicious with various dishes to choose from plus the great wine recommendations from one of the Lady Boss (I forget her name). I would definitely come back to stay here and would recommend this!!

Thank you so much for an amazing stay. It was just myself and my son, but we were part of a team visiting Bregenz from England for a karate competition, and we all stayed with you. I didn't catch her name, but the lady in bar in the evenings was fantastic (I thought I'd heard her say she had only recently started?). So polite and helpful though. Location is fantastic, 5 mins walk from the train station. Pool area was a great bonus. Lovely variety of food at breakfast. Thank you so much again - we are already looking into a return visit.

Loved the room and the location of the hotel. The room was clean, spacious, beds was comfortable and the location of the hotel was just a stone's throw away from the city center, the train station and the Harbour port. The lady at the front desk (I regret not getting her name) was an extremely helpful and service-oriented lady. She was immaculate. When we arrived, she ran over to help me with our bags and the check-in process was so family-like. Seeing that we were out of town visitors, she gave us a very good overview on Bregenz and even suggested sights for us to see. One of those in Lindau, which I had no idea about at all till she mentioned it. We followed up on her suggestion and it was the best idea ever. We had a great time in the Christmas Markets in Lindau all thanks to her, I'm very thankful that she cared.

Nomen omen. Hotel Kaiser and I felt like "Kaiser". Really amazing experience - Hotel is situated in the center close to all attractions as well as the railway station. The room was clean and comfortable, I appreciate the fridge and fan, moreover, a bathtub with a whirlpool was a great surprise to me. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Really amazing experience.
