The entire establishment (both the spa and the hotel) is truly impressive and well-maintained. In all the facilities, there are refreshment points with an incredibly competent, professional, and friendly staff. The main restaurant features a rich buffet and offers a different menu every day. Additionally, the hotel organizes various outdoor activities that allow you to fully appreciate that Lagerfeld area. The bedroom and bathroom are always clean and tidy, and the minibar is always well-stocked. The scenery offers breathtaking views of the mountains. All areas are clearly marked with guidelines for the appropriate attire. For me, it’s one of the gems of Tyrol.

Our stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations! Everything was perfect—delicious and abundant food, extremely friendly and smiling staff, and excellent facilities. The pool and sauna were exactly what we needed after a long day of skiing, providing the perfect relaxation. And the view from the pool? Simply breathtaking! A wonderful place with many possibilities for trips, via ferratas or climbing, in the nearby area. Steffi and Peter Falkner were very accommodating, and the hotel staff were also helpful and pleasantly communicative. The kitchen was absolutely exceptional, only with small children we could not enjoy dinner for several hours :) The chef gave us interesting tips for trips in the area, which will make us happy to come back in the winter for ski touring.

Very modern and clean hotel, for a price that is pretty modest for this are it offers everything one could ask for. Very friendly staff! Delicious breakfast with a lot to choose from included in the price. Dedicated bicycle garage (important for a bike traveller like myself).
